  <p>Information: Ola Vay Kessel, 85, of Roanoke, Va.,formerly of Jackson County, died July 25, 1993, at Richfield Nursing Center, Salem, Va., after an extended illness.  She was born in Fletcher, a daughter of the late Joseph Floyd and Lydia Ann Siders Kiser.  Surviving are one daughter, Betty McIntyre of Roanoke; one son, Louis Kessel of Salem; one brother, Warren Kiser of Poca; two sisters, Gatha Dodson of Charleston and Verdene Tinsley of Poca; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Kessel; one daughter, Lois Ann Kessel; twp brothers; one sister; and one grandson.  Services 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Kiser Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
