  <p>Information: Jean Woodruff Kessel, 66, of Logan and Huntington, died April 16 at Pittsburgh Presbyterian Hospital following a month-long illness.  The daughter of the late Charles H. and Ethel Grace Woodruff of Elm Grove, WV, she was a graduate of Triadelphia High School and had received her Medical Lab Techician training in Chicago.  She was a 35 year resident of Logan and a member of Nighbert Memorial Methodist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Dr. Ray M. of Logan; daughter, Kimmins Kessel of Logan; sons, James W. of Morgantown, Mark and John of Huntington; 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey Scott, Carie and Laura, all of Morgantown.  A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Nighbert Memorial Methodist Church in Logan.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Nighbert Memorial Methodist Church or a favorite charity.</p>
