  <p>Information: J. Curtis Kessel, 81, of Dunbar, the brother of Oliver Kessel and Mrs. Jane Lathey, both of Ripley, died Saturday at home after a long illness.  He was retired from Western Southern Life Insurance Company, member of First United Methodist Church of Dunbar and the Insurance Underwriters Association.  He was past president of Dunbar Lions Club, was a councilman for Dunbar and a Dunbar Republican committee member.  Other survivors:  wife, Myrtle; daughters, Mrs. Fay Jack and Mrs. Virginia Litton, both of Dunbar, Mrs. Jean Nisbet of Logan; brothers, Troy of Charleston, Vaughn of Union; sisters, Mrs. Faith Frey of Logan, Mrs. Marie Casto of Dunbar; seven grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday in Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Edward Hanshaw officiating.  Burial was in Grandview Memorial Park.</p>
