  <p>Information: D. Wade Kessel of Ripley, Jackson County, died June 10, 1999 at Eldercare.  He was the son of Delmar Kessel and Elizabeth Corbin.  He was a World War II army veteran, a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, a member of the American Legion.  He was a retired school teacher after 42 years.  He is survivied by his wife, Mildred Kessel; one son, David Kessel of Ripley WV; one brother, James C. Kessel of Ripley WV; two grandchildren, Lindsey and Alexis Kessel.  Friends may call at Vail Funeral Home Saturday, June 12th, between 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Service will be June 13, 1999 at Epworth United Methodist Church at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Ken Krimmel officiating.  Burial will be at Fairplain Cemetery.  Donations may be made to the Jackson County Public Library or Epworth United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.</p>
