  <p>Information: KESSEL RITES ON SATURDAY - C. O. KESSEL, EMMA CHAPEL MAN, SUCCUMBS AFTER A BRIEF ILLNESS - Funeral rites were held at the Emma Chapel church on Saturday morning for Charles O. Kessel, 81 year old farmer of Given RFD, who died on Wednesday at his home in the Emma community.  The Rev. Hobson Fisher officiated at the service which was arranged by the Parsons Mortuary.  Mr. Kessel&#39;s death resulted from complications resulting from a hip fracture.  He was a widely known citizen of the county and had spent his life in the community where he lived at the time of his death.  Survivors include four sons, L. H. Kessel of Benton, Ohio, L. O. and L. V. Kessel and A. V. Kessel, both of Red House, and W. D. Kessel of Given; 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  A large crowd of friends, relatives and acquaintances attended the funeral service.</p>
