  <p>Information: Arlie V. Kessel, 63, of Rt. 1, Liberty, Putnam County, brother of Orville Kessel of Ripley and Dallas Kessel of Given, died Tuesday in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston.    He was a retired carpenter from John Amos Power Plant in Winfield and attended Paradise Church of God Mission.    Additional survivors include: wife, Pansy Kessel; daughter, Mrs. Jean Jividen of South Charleston; brother, Londis of Dunbar; one grand-daughter.    Service was held Thursday in Emma Chapel Church in Liberty, with the Rev. Robert Lett, the Rev. Dave Lett and the Rev. Raymond Kelley officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery.    Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
