  <p>Information: Raymond K. Kerns, 55, of Cleveland, Ohio, died March 8 at Eudid General Hospital after a short illness.  Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late William and Leeona Snyder Kerns, formerly of Sandyville.  Kerns is survived by his wife, Patricia; son, Larry of California; daughter, Frances E. of Cleveland, Ohio; brothers, George of Brunswick, Ohio, James of New Jersey, Keith of North Carolina, Dannie and Clyde, both of the state of Washington; sisters, Betty Holcomb of Sandyville, Ann Pursley of Ripley, Laurie Bell Rankin of Washington, W. Va.; and two grandchildren.  Service was held March 12 at Brunswick.  Burial was in East Lawn Memory Gardens, Brunswick.</p>
