Information: Mrs. Luda Maddox Bayer, 89, of Akron, Ohio, formerly of Ripley died Tuesday at the home of a daughter in Akron. Services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Ripley. Mrs. Bayer was a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church in Ripley. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Elsie Yates and Mrs. Annabelle Moore, both of Akron, Mrs. Flava Strasser of Richmond, Va.; brother Kelly Casto of Palm Bay, Fla. Friends may call at the funeral home afternoon today.
