  <p>Information: Jerry Dale Kerns II, three months and two days old, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Kerns of Ripley was dead on arrival at Jackson General Hospital, Monday.  He was born March 7, 1986.  Also surviving are one brother, Matthew, at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale R. Kerns of Kenna; great-grandmother, Mrs. Mabel Horn of Belgrove; great-great-grandmother, Ice Casto of Kentuck; great-great-great-grandmother, Delie Kerns of Kentuck; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Carolyn Slater of Cottageville; great-grandmother, Mrs. Rhama Morris of South Charleston.  Graveside service will be held today (Wednesday) at the Kerns family cemetery, 10 a.m. with the Rev. Billie Casto officiating.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
