  <p>Information: Funeral services will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley for Mrs. Ida Ludwig Bayer, 83 of Parkersburg who died Monday in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital following an extended illness.  The Rev. Roy McCoy will officiate with burial to be in Pine Hill Cemetery in Ripley.  Born in Ripley, a daughter of the late Lewis and May Prudence Ludwig, she was a member of the Centennial Methodist Church.  Survivors include three sons, Clifford Bayer, Parkersburg, Robert Bayer, East Liverpool, O., Clyde Bayer of Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Lena Pence and Mrs. Anna McDonald, both of East Liverpool, Mrs. Mable Harman of Ripley; one brother, Delbert Ludwig, Ripley, 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.</p>
