  <p>Information: ROY L. KELLY FUNERAL RITES TO BE SATURDAY - Services for Roy Lester Kelly, 28, native of Ravenswood, whose body was found Tuesday near the barge from which he fell and drowned Nov. 22, at Pittsburgh, Pa. will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Casto funeral home at Evans. The Rev. Gerald Sayre will officiate and interment will be in the Blaine Memorial cemetery at Cottageville.  Mr. Kelly was the son of Mrs. Freddie Hensley Kelly and the late Clyde Kelly, and was a member of Operating Engineers 66 at Pittsburgh.  From 1961 to 1963 he served in the U.S. Army. Surviving in addition to his mother are two brothers, Kenneth Kelly, Jacksonville, Fla., and Donald Kelly of Cleveland, O.; three sisters, Mrs. Marguerite Roach, Huntington, Mrs. Lois Justice, Delbarton, and Mrs. Eilene Palmer of Ravenswood.</p>
