  <p>Information: Kelly Rites Held at Evans    Donald Eugene Kelly, 35, of Chardon, Ohio, formerly of Cottageville, died Saturday in a Cleveland, Ohio hospital.  He was a World War II veteran and is the son of Mrs. Freddie Kelly, of Huntington, who survives and the late Clyde Kelly.    Survivors include his wife, Norman Jean, a daughter, Debra Jane, at home; and a son Thomas Eugene at home; three sisters, Marguerite Roach of Huntington, Lois Justice of Delbarton and Eileen Palmer of Ravenswood; a brother Kenneth of Jacksonville, Fla.    Funeral serivces were held on Tuesday at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans with burial in Blaine Memorial Cemetery at Cottageville.</p>
