  <p>Information: Waldo Kelley, 84, of Sherman, died Friday at the University Hospital, Morgantown, after an extended illness.  Kelley was born in Gay, a son of the late John W. and Alice Looney Kelley.  He was a member of the Sand Street Church of Ravenswood, was a retired farmer and painter.  Surviving are his wife, Audra Cunningham Kelley; a son, Dr. John F. Kelley of Morgantown; a sister, Laura Tolley of Leroy; three grandchildren, Kathleen, Bridgett and Colin Kelley.  He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.  Services were Monday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Evangelist Herman Mason officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg.</p>
