  <p>Information: James W. ""Jim"" Kelley, 74, of Evans, died Friday, July 24, 1987, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  He was retired from Santa Fe Railroad as a conductor.  He was a member of Ripley Seventh-day Adventist Church.  Surviving:  wife, Alice Owens Kelley; son, James W. Kelley of Lawn Dale, Calif.; daughter, Katheryn M. Lange of Portland, Ore.; brothers, Lester of Bellaire, Ohio, Kevert of Moundsville, Harold of Spokane, Wash., Paul of Bridgeport, Ohio, Forrest of Middlebourne; sister, Ila Cross of Kissimmee, Fla.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  Service was Sunday at Ripley Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor John Oddie officiating.  Burial was in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Evans.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
