  <p>Information: Mrs. Freddie Kelley, 85, of Huntington, formerly of Cottageville, died Aug. 4, 1990, in St. Mary&#39;s Hospital, Huntington, after a long illness.  She attended Jefferson Avenue Church of God, Huntington.  She was a member of Guyandotte Senior Citizens and was a homemaker.  Surviving: son, Kenneth L. Kelley of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughters, Marguerite Roach and Lois Justice, both of Huntington, Eileen Palmer of Ravenswood; sister, Cristina Clary of Huntington; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a. m. today (Wednesday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Paul Ray Farley officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
