  <p>Information: Claude A. Kelley, 69, of 123 Lynn Circle, Ripley, died Thursday at the Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was born at Neffs, Ohio, a son of the late James and Bertha Yoho Kelley.  He was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Ripley.  He was retired from the Union Carbide Corp. with 39 years of service and was a World War II veteran.  He is survived by his wife, Reva Stalnaker Kelley; two sons, Joseph Kelley, at home and Mark Kelley of Annandale, Va.; one daughter, Christy Parsons of Ripley; seven brothers, Murrell Kelley of Gainesville, Fla., James Kelley of San Bernadino, Calif., Lester Kelley of Bellaire, Ohio, Harold Kelley of Spokane, Wash., Kevert Kelley of Moundsville, W. Va., Paul Kelley of Bridgeport, Ohio and Forrest Kelley  of Middlebourne, W. Va.; one sister, Mrs. Ila Cross of Kissimmee, Fla.; and five grandchildren.  Service was Sunday at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Ripley with the Rev. David Cox officiating.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
