  <p>Information: Harold Wayne Kelbaugh, 49, of Parkersburg, died in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Tuesday afternoon.  He was born in Wood County, a son of Raymond Kelbaugh of Ravenswood, and Edna Parsons Kelbaugh of Parkersburg.  He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a truck driver.  He is survived by his stepmother, Vera Kelbaugh; his wife, Karen Fraley Kelbaugh; one daughter, Kelly Kelbaugh at home; four sons, Bobby Kelbaugh, Jeff Kelbaugh, Harold Kelbaugh, Jr. and Heath Kelbaugh, all at home; two stepsons, Mark Moore and Eric Moore, both at home; one sister, Karen Sue of Ravenswood; and one brother, Ed Kelbaugh of Parkersburg; two nieces and one nephew.  Services were Friday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg and burial was in Willow Island Cemetery.</p>
