  <p>Information: Mrs. Wilda Keffer, 60, of Liverpool, died Sunday at the Roane General Hospital after a brief illness.  She was born at Gay, daughter of Mrs. Icy Knopp of Spencer and the late Elmer Knopp.  She was an employee of the Spencer State Hospital and a member of the Clarence United Methodist Church.  She is survived by her husband, James Keffer; three daughters, Mrs. Ellene Lee of Catlettsburg, Ky., Mrs. Eleanor Miller of Orrville, O., Mrs. Ernestine Mullen of Elkview; four sons, Arlie of Parkersburg, Alfred of Morrow, Ohio, Auvel of Syracuse, Utah and Austine of Los Angeles, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Rhodes of Ripley, Miss Hetty Knopp of Gay and Mrs. Eulah Weadock of Liverpool; two brothers, Olen of Liverpool and Waitman of Spencer; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Good Hope Baptist Church at Reedy.  The Rev. Walter Stalnaker will officiate and burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens near Marshall.</p>
