  <p>Information: Robert T. Keffer, 66, of Ravenswood, died Wednesday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was born in Hinton and was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Ravenswood.  He was a retired employee of Kaiser Aluminum and was an Army veteran of World War II.  He was a member of VFW and American Legion and was a Mason.  Surviving:  wife, Juanita Bragg Keffer; daughter, Mrs. Peggy Kelley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sisters, Nadine Keffer of Beckley, Mrs. Frances Wilfong and Mrs. Norma Schrader, both of Hinton, Mrs. Betty Starbuck of Clendenin; brothers, Ross of St. Albans, Donald of Winchester, Ky.; three grandchildren.  A memorial service was held Sunday in Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor G. C. Weirick officiating. The body was donated to West Virginia University.</p>
