Information: Raymond C. Keenan, 77, of 1317 16th St., was pronounced dead on arrival yesterday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital.  Born at Ravenwood, he was a son of the late George Thomas and Almyra Burton Keenan.  He had retired in 1960 from the Citizens Transfer Co.  A veteran of World War I, he had served in M.G. Co. 40th Infantry and was a member of American Legion Post No. 15 of Parkersburg.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emily Pifer Keenan; one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy J. Sammons of Parkersburg; and one granddaughter, Mrs. E. J. Anna of Longbeach, N.Y.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anastasia Cook Keenan, who died in 1950, three brothers and one sister.  Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Burdette and Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. John F. Hay officiating.  Burial will be in Mt. Carmel cemetery.
