  <p>Information: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home, New Philadelphia, Ohio, for Orvil S. Keenan, 89, of New Philadelphia, who died Sunday after an illness of several weeks.  The Rev. H. G. Wayne will officiate with burial to follow in the Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia.  He was born in Jackson County, W. Va., a son of the late John and Ida Miller Keenan.  He was a member of the Mount Olive Church of God in West Vriginia and was a retired lumberman.  He is survived by a son, Charles of Corpus Christie, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Vena Rosenberry and Mrs. Wilma Minor, both of New Philadelphia; two brothers, Andy and Grovner, both of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Hudson of Vienna and Mrs. Carrie Heingman of Follansbee; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Effie Brown Keenan in 1966; two children; two great-grandchildren; and 10 brothers and sisters.</p>
