  <p>Information: Mrs. Vada Kay, 86, of Sandyville, formerly of Ripley, died Sunday at home after a long illness.  She was a charter member of Grace Gospel Church in Ripley.  Surviving:  son, Walter of Sandyville; daughters, Mrs. Goldie Marie Casto of Sandyville, Mrs. Corda Hatcher of Akron, Ohio; brothers, Clayton Shamblin of Sandyville, Tom Shamblin of Ripley, John Shamblin of Marion, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Tennie Lathey and Mrs. Dollie Stutler, both of Ripley, Mrs. Margie Elder of Prospect, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating.  Burial will be in Casto Cemetery, Ripley.</p>
