  <p>Information: Raymond Lee (Jim) Kay, 58, Charleston, died Saturday in Charleston General Hospital.  He was born at Rockcastle, a son of the late Earl B. and Bertha Blankenship Kay, and was a retired employe of Libby Owens Glass Plant at Kanawha City.  He was a veteran of World War II.  Surviving are a son, Jimmy Kay of Charleston; one brother, Russell Kay, Given; four sisters, Mrs. Ruby Stoddard, Grantsville, Mrs. Tressie Copenhaven, Elkview, Mrs. Mary Folden, Weirton, and Mrs. Inez Patterson of New Cumberland; and three grandchildren.  Funeral services were Monday at the Parsons Funeral Home with the Rev. Nobel Harper officiating.  Burial was in Barnett Cemetery, Rockcastle.</p>
