  <p>Information: Leo Clifford Kay, 59, of Ripley, died last Thursday at his home.  He was a construction worker and was a member of the Teamsters Union.  Kay was a World War II veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Mary Katherine Kay; sons, Richard, Walter Leo, Ralph Armstrong, Ronald Lee and Donald Ray, all of Ripley, Carl Delbert of Staats Mill; step-son, Eugene Berg of Leon; daughters, Mrs. Louise Marie Rhodes of Kenna, Mrs. Beverly Ann Bauch of Centreville, Va., Mrs. Fonda Mae Watts of Sandyville; brothers, Dorsal and Henry, both of Akron, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Madeline King of Evans, Mrs. Genevieve Nelies of Akron, Mrs. Irene Anderson and Mrs. Mildred Cunningham, both of Ripley; 33 grandchildren. Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Frank Ashworth officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.</p>
