  <p>Information: Funeral services for John R. Kay, 73, will be held at Foster Chapel Thursday at 2 p.m.  Rev. Willard Carney and Rev. Raymond Skeen will officiate and burial with Parsons funeral directors in charge will be in the church cemetery.  Mr. Kay died at his home at Ripley, Monday, after a long illness.  He was a retired farmer, member of the Long Hollow Baptist Church.  Survivors include his widow, Edna; sons, Harold, Charles, William and Clyde, all of Ripley, Vernon of Parkersburg; daughter, Mrs. Grace Kessel of Nitro; brothers, Russell of Indiana, Delbert and Orville, both of Dunbar, Jessie and Floyd, both of Ripley; sisters, Mrs. Tiny Withrow, Lona and Lettie, all of Dunbar, Mrs. Velma Thurston of Lancaster, Ohio.</p>
