  <p>Information: DEATH CLAIMS MRS. HARRY KAY - Mrs. Jessie Oreta Kay, 59, a retired assistant postmistress at Evans, died Sunday evening in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital following an extended illness.  Born at Pleasant Hill Community, a daughter of Mrs. Bernice King Kessel of Parkersburg, who survives, and the late Austin A. Kessel, she was married to Harry R. Kay, who also survives, on July 20, 1942.        Survivors in addition to her mother and husband include one daughter, Mrs. Linda Jones of Evans; four sisters, Mrs. Elsie Kay of Vienna, Mrs. Ruth Baker of Parkersburg, Mrs. Cornelia Smith of Mt. Alto and Mrs. Joan Warrenber ob Syracuse, N. Y.; four brothers, Carroll Kessel of Huntington, Albert Kessel of Phoenix, Ariz., Robert Kessel of Panama City, C.Z. and Roy Kessel of Parkersburg; one granddaughter and a number of nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Roy McCoy officiating.  Burial will be in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery at Cottageville.</p>
