Information: RETIRED EVANS POSTMASTER DIES -  Harry R. Kay, 68, of Evans, died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital.  Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Jennings and Augusta Williams Kay.  He was a member of the Ripley Masonic Lodge No. 16, a veteran of World War II, a member of the Ripley Post of the VFW No. 5501, and owned and operated a general store.  He was a retired postmaster having served for 40 years.  He is survived by a daughter, Linda Riggs, Vienna; a brother, Troy Kay, Vienna; five sisters, Mrs. Hiawatha Board, Ripley, Mrs. Freda Southall, Evans, Marie Kay, Pulaski, Va., Juanita Maxwell, Manhattan Beach, Calif., and Elsie Scarrow, Hyattsville, Md.; and two grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Kessel Kay.  Funeral services will be today, (Wednesday), at 2 p.m. at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.
