Information: Service will be at 2 p.m. today in Long, Johnson and Fisher mortuary chapel for Enoch S. Kay, of Kentuck, who was found dead in the road near his home Wednesday. Rev. Hobson D. Fisher will officiate and burial will be in Spring Hill cemetery under direction of Parsons mortuary of Ripley. Mr. Kay, 85, worked for the Charleston Transit Co. 30 years as a motorman. He retired in 1932. His body was found by a great-granddaughter at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Justice of the Peace, Jack Riley of Ripley, as acting coroner, said Mr. Kay died of a heart attack about noon. He lived with a daughter, Mrs. Leona Jones of Kentuck. Mr. Kay was a member of the Mt. Zion Evangelical United Brethren Church and was a son of the late Rev. Jacob Kay, an early leader in the United Brethren church in Jackson County. Also surviving are two sons, John Wesley of Charleston and Timothy of Cleveland, O.; a daughter, Mrs. Nora Jones of Jackson County; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
