  <p>Information: KAY FUNERAL IS HELD AT LONE OAK - Earl B. Kay, 79, of Given, died Tuesday at his home following a short illness.  He was born Feb. 2, 1887, a son of the late James Kay and Elizabeth Duffield Kay.  He was married to Bertha Blankenship, who died in June.  He was a retired farmer and attended the Lone Oak Church at Rockcastle.  Survivors include two sons, Russell and Raymond Kay, both of Given; four daughters, Mrs. Charles Copenhaver, Elkview, Mrs. Ralph Slater, Spencer, Mrs. John Folden, Weirton, W. Va. and Mrs. Arthur Patterson, also of Weirton; a brother, Emory Kay of Dunbar; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Friday at the Lone Oak Church near Rockcastle. The Rev. Noble Harper officiated with burial at Rockcastle.  The Parsons funeral directors, Ripley, were in charge of arrangements.</p>
