  <p>Information:   Clyde Eugene Kay, 56 of Ripley, died Tuesday at home after a short illness.      He was a carpenter and a farmer.  He attended Prayer and Faith Wesley Tabernacle, Ripley.   He was a veteran of the Korean War and a union member.      Surviving; mother; Mrs. Edna Woodall Kay of Ripley; brothers, Harold, William and Charles of Ripley, Vernon of St. Albans, sister, Grace Kessel of Charleston.       Service will be at 2 p. m. Friday in Prayer and Faith Wesley Tabernacle with the Rev. Creed Pursley officiating.  Burial will be in Foster Chapel Cemetery, Given.      Friends may call after 2 p. m. today and Thursday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
