  <p>Information: Dulcie West Karr, 89, of Ravenswood, died Sunday in Dunbar Rest Home, Dunbar, after a long illness.  She was born in Roane County and was a homemaker.  She was a member of Our Savior of the Valley Luthern Church, Ravenswood, the Senior Women&#39;s Club, Eastern Star and White Shrine.  Surviving:  daughters, Connie Brosig of Texas City, Texas, Katherine Williamson of Charleston; brother Elmer West of Silver Springs, Md.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. today (Wednesday) in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley, with the Rev. G. C. Weirick officiating.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
