  <p>Information: ROUTE 87 FARMER DIES WEDNESDAY - John Andrew Kapp, 91, Rt. 87, Evans, Mason County, died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday due to injuries received from an accident on his farm.  Born Feb. 10, 1888, in Evans, he was the son of the late John George and Mary Ellen Kapp.  He married the former Jenny Hartley in June 1915, and she preceded him in death in 1969.  He was a carpenter and farmer, once being honored by John Cooper of the Soil Conservation Service as one of the oldest farmers still active in Mason county.  Surviving are two sons, J. Gory Kapp, Point Pleasant, Gary Olin Kapp, Akron, O. and a daughter, Mrs. Sybil E. Rich, Rt. 1, Evans.  Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Creston United Methodist Church with the Rev. Armor Sayre officiating.  Burial followed in the cemetery.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
