Information: EVANS - W. S. ""Bill"" Judge, 74, of Evans, Jackson County, died April 14, 1999, at home after a long illness.  He was a retired operator for Union Carbide, a graduate of Clendenin High School and a member of Ripley Tabernacle.  He had attended Glenville State College.  Surviving:  wife, Dorcas Elaine Judge; sons, Tom of Letart, Kenny of Marshall, Paul of Greenville, S. C., John of Kenna; brother, Calvin of Clendenin; sisters, Jane Fiddler of Summersville, Gail Robinson of Greenwood, S. C.; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Mark Siers officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
