  <p>Information: Mrs. Mildreth Snyder Joyce, 54, of Akron, O., died at Akron City Hospital Monday.  Born in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Minnie Dailey Riggs.  Survivors include two sons, Donald E. Snyder of Charleston and Dannie F. Snyder of Akron; two daughters, Linda Snyder of Charleston and Loretta Jenkins of Mechanicsburg, O.; four brothers, Wayne, Robert and Arlie Riggs, all of Parkersburg, and Lawrence of Glenville; three sisters, Esther Rhymer of Williamstown, Goldie Steele of Cottageville and Nancy Sams of Hometown; and six grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Snyder, and her second husband, Robert Joyce.  Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.  Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Jackson County.</p>
