  <p>Information: Mrs. Lona P. Skeen Jones, 77, of Sissonville, died Nov. 3, 1990, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a long illness.  She was a homemaker.  Surviving:  sons, William A. Skeen of Sissonville, Andrew Skeen of Procious; sisters, Freda Cummings of Ripley, Frances Humphreys of Dunbar, Myrtle Fisher of Given, Inez Jones, Virginia Fisher and Emma Fisher, all of Sissonville; brothers, H. Overton Skeen of Ripley, Dorman Skeen of Clendenin, Larry D. Skeen of Sissonville, Lowell Skeen of Miami, Fla.; three grandsons; two great-grandsons.  Service was Monday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Alvardo Mendez officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
