Information: Edna Lee Jones, 75, of Parkersburg, died July 2 at her residence.  She was born in Sherman, a daughter of the late Russell and Lura Safreed Palmer.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Parkersburg, a member of the Rebekah Circle of the First United Methodist Church, a Red Cross volunteer, a member of the Union Mission Auxiliary, Parkersburg, and a member of the Parkersburg Homemakers Club.  She was a member of the Humane Society, the Wood County Executive Committee, and was a volunteer at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital for many years.  She is survived by one brother, Russell Palmer Jr. of Florida; a half brother, Kenneth D. Palmer of Wilmington, N.C.; two sisters, Marjorie McAtee of Parkersburg and Ruth Reese of Vienna; and three half sisters, Evelyn Mercer of Cambridge, Ohio, Geneva Dennis and Julie Jackson both of Arab, Ala.  She was proceded in death by her first husband, Rudy B. Williamson in 1963; her second husband, Charles E. Jones in 1969; one brother and two sisters.  Services were Friday at the Levitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.
