  <p>Information: FAIRPLAIN - Diane Jones, 40, of Fairplain WV, passed away March 15, 1999 at her residence after a long illness.  She was born in Madison WV, the daughter of the late Burl (Gene) Burgess and Shirley Kessel of Kenna.  She attended Sandyville United Methodist Church and was a devoted mother. Surviving:  son, Michael Jones, at home; daughters, Shawna Tuttle of Ravenswood and Angel Reed of Kenova; brothers, Whitey Burgess of Given and Steven Burgess of Parkersburg; sisters, Karen Johnson of Charleston and Sherry Hickman of Fairplain; one grandson, Matthew Logan Tuttle of Ravenswood.  Visitation will be today (Wednesday) from 5-9 p.m. at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.  Service will be held Thursday, March 18, 1999 at 1 p.m. at Sandyville United Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Deane officiating.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Given.</p>
