  <p>Information: JONES SERVICE IS AT APLIN CHURCH - David Hanson Jones, 76, of Gay, died at his home late Tuesday afternoon of last week after a long illness.  The funeral service was held Friday at the Aplin Ridge church with Rev. Orville Walker officiating and burial with the Parsons funeral directors in charge was in the Aplin cemetery.  He was born July 25, 1887 in Roane county, a son of Green Jones and Sarah Smith Jones.  On Sept. 10, 1910 he was married to Donie Westfall.  Mr. Jones was a farmer and a member of the Harmony Baptist Church.  Surviving other than his widow, are two sons, Delmer and Mayford Jones, both of Elyria, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Hazel Cummings of Gay, Mrs. Mary Hissom and Mrs. Virginia Lester, both of Elyria, Ohio, and Mrs. Shirley Williams of Ripley; a sister, Mrs. Cindy Hardman of Parkersburg; 11 grandchildren.  </p>
