Information: ROME, GA. - Aristotle Jones, 81, of Rome, formerly of St. Petersburg, Fla., died Sept. 22, 1995, at home after a long illness.  He was retired from Scientific Design, New York, and resided in Rome since July.  He was a member of the Junior Order of United American Mechanics, Dunbar, W. Va., the Grand Lodge of West Virginia, the Morgantown Masonic Lodge No. 4, Morgantown, W. Va., Beni Kedem Temple and Scottish Rite, both of Charleston, W. Va., the Royal Order of Jesters, Tampa, Fla., the Kentucky Colonels, the Top of the World Masonic Club, Thule, Greenland, Top of the World Scottish Rite Club, Thule, and the Nur Temple of Wilmington, Del.  Surviving:  wife, Phoebe Kiser Jones; son, Phillip R. of Rome; sister, Mildred Brown of St. Petersburg, Fla.; brothers, William Clayton Jones, Jr. of Palm Bay, Fla., Markle Lee Jones of Sissonville, W. Va.; one grandchild; several nieces and nephews.  Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck, W. Va. with the Rev. George R. Pauley officiating.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
