  <p>Information:   Mrs. Losha Bell Johnson, 89, of Ripley, formerly of Kenna, died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Velma Bailey of Ripley, after a long illness.      She was a member of the Emma Chapel Methodist Church, Liberty.      Also surviving: sons, Ray of Kenna, Clay of Huntington; daughters, Mrs. Vada Fisher and Mrs. Vesta Fisher,both of Kenna, Mrs Carrie Mairs and Mrs. Violet Harding, both of Pocatalico, Mrs. Verna Haning of Eleanor; brother, Robert Hill of Kenna; half-sister, Mrs Llilly Painter of Liberty; 22 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.      Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Emma Chapel Methodist Church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley is in charge of arrangements.      The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to services.</p>
