  <p>Information: Bernice Hupp Johnson, 58, of Cottageville, died Sunday at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  She was born in Wirt County and was a member of Ravenswood Kaiser and Douglas Church of Christ.  Surviving:  husband, Kelsie E. Johnson, Jr.; daughters, Sherrie Price Cunningham of Millwood, Marsha Hunter of Huntington, Debra Roush of Ravenwood; son, James of Sandyville; sisters, Gladys Adams of Belleville, Irene Chapman of Huntington and Ethel McQueen of Front Royal, Va.; brothers, Richard Hupp of Orrville, Ohio, Herbert Hupp Jr. of Mineral Wells, Eugene Hupp of Parkersburg, Charles and Clyde Hupp of Lancaster, Ohio and Oscar Hupp of Huntington; five grandchildren.  Service was Tuesday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Evangelist David Myers officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Parkersburg.</p>
