  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Lenore (Nonie) Simmons Jenkins, 83, of Ripley, died February 11, 2000, in Jackson General Hospital.  She was born June 8, 1916, in Kenna WV, and was the daughter of the late Dr. George W. and Mrs. Emily Parsons Simmons.  She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Ripley and was a retired fashion coordinator and personnel director with Kaufmanns Department Store in Pittsburgh and Maas Brothers Department Store in Clearwater, FL.  She also used to teach part-time and perform secretarial duties at Ripley High School.  Survivors include her daughter, Emily Lamb of Ripley, and six grandchildren, Lisa Boggess of Ripley, Keith Cavaliere of FL, Rick, Chris, and Mark Cavaliere of NC, and David Cavaliere of MD.  She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Mildred Reynolds, her nephew, George D. Reynolds, and one great-nephew.  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2000, at Vail Funeral Home in Ripley.  The Rev. Hubert Groves officiated .  Friends called from 6-8 p.m. on February 14, 2000 at the funeral home.  Burial followed at Grasslick Cemetery.</p>
