  <p>Information: RAVENSWOOD - Margaret Mildred Flinn James, 72, of Ravenswood, died Thursday, April 21, 1994, at Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  She was a graduate of Riggs Lemar Beauty School and a guard at West Virginia Ordinance Works, Point Pleasant.  She owned and operated Margaret&#39;s Beauty Salon, Ravenswood, was a former employee of Bern&#39;s Beauty Salon and retired from Vivian&#39;s Beauty Salon, Ravenswood.  She was a hairdresser at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home and a member of First Baptist Church of Ravenswood.  Surviving:  daughter, Marilyn J. Strobbe of Ripley; grandsons, Dwight William and Michael Strobbe of Ripley; granddaughter, Kathy Strobbe of Ripley; two great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Kenneth A. Miller officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
