  <p>Information: Mrs. Dolores Ramey James, 63, of Millwood, formerly of Kanawha County, died March 23, 1989, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a short illness.  She was a member of Cottageville United Methodist Church.  Surviving: husband, John A. James; daughter, Mrs. Vicki Walker of Parkersburg; sisters, Janet Scaurick of Kindhook, N. Y., Jane Closterman of Cincinnati; brothers, Autis Ramey of Cincinnati, David Ramey of Venice, Fla.; two grandchildren.  Service was Monday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Ray Fink, the Rev. James J. Pinkerton and the Rev. Norman Wilcox officiating.  Graveside service was held in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.</p>
