  <p>Information:                        Elbert Eatheen JACOBS, beloved son of Golden D. and Osa Ilda (PULLINS) JACOBS, was born Oct. 29, 1931 in Mason County and departed this life following an illness of several months on Aug. 1, 1947, age 15-9-3.  The parents moved to Ohio when Elbert was 27 months of age, and since that time have lived in or near Highland County.  The last school term he was unable to attend because of illness and the loss of his left limb.                  He leaves father and mother, three brothers, Tommy, Valcie and James Carroll JACOBS, all at home, his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Thomas (and Rachel SMITH) PULLINS, of Evans and several other near relatives to mourn their loss.  (Allen Thomas son of Charles Henry and Elmira (COSSIN) PULLINS.  Elmira daughter of Allen and Mariah (KING) COSSIN.)  (from the Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)</p>
