  <p>Information: Charles Weslie Isenhart, 74, of Webster Springs, died March 30, 1987, in Webster County Memorial Hospital.  He was the brother of Earl Isenhart of Ripley.  He was a member of First Baptist Church, VFW and Senior Citizens.  He was a retired employee of the state Department of Highways and was an Army veteran of World War II.  Also surviving: wife, Leo Starcher Isenhart; brothers, Roy and Orie, both of Medina, Ohio; sisters, Mattie Shaver, Mary Cogar, Martha Brake and Jessie Gregory, all of Webster Springs, Roberta Wood of Vesta, Va., Rose Cogar of Medina, Ohio.  Service was Thursday in Dodd-Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with the Rev. John E. Simmons officiating.  Burial was in Miller Cemetery, Webster Springs.</p>
