Information: Elsie May Ingram, 84, of Ripley, died Dec. 23, 1987, in Care Inn Nursing Home, Ripley, following a long illness. She was born in Belgrove, a daughter of the late James and Mary Carpenter Taylor.  She was a homemaker and a member of the White Pine United Methodist Church.  She is survived by four sons, Sharold Ingram of Sissonville, Clyde Ingram of Poca, James Ingram of Ripley, Aristotle Ingram, Jr. of Gandeeville; two daughters, Iantha Phillips of Gandeeville, Glendoris Minner of Charleston; three brothers, Clyde Taylor and Lester Taylor, both of Charleston, Brady Taylor of Ripley; three sisters, Cora Southall of Kentuck, Tressie Casto of Statts Mill, Thelma Christian of Ripley; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Aristotle Ingram.  Services were held Saturday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial was in Fisher Cemetery, Sissonville.
