Information: Fredda Mae Hyre, 96, of Ripley died Monday in Jackson General Hospital.  She was born in Given, a daughter of the late Ephriam and Cora Casto Stewart.  She was a member of the Lacanta Baptist Church in Lacanata, Fla.  She is survived by two sons, Herbert F.Hyre of Winter haven, Fla., and Kermit Hyre of Vienna; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Opie Hyre, and son, Guy Hyre.  Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with Dr. Malcolm Broome officiating.  Burial in Fairplain Cemetery.
