  <p>Information: W. D. (Bill) Hutson, 66, of 304 Pinecrest Lane, Ripley WV died February 4, 1992 in Charleston General Hospital.  He was born in Upshur County, the son of the late Ernest B. and Ona (Peg) Underwood Hutson.  He served in the U. S. Marine Corp. during WWII and was employed 25 years as business manager of Fisher Chevrolet in Ripley.  Following this, he worked as field agent for the W. Va. State Tax Dept. from which he retired following 14 years.  He also owned and operated H & H Topper Sales in Pettyville WV.  He is survived by his wife, Charlene Currey Hutson of Ripley; two daughters, Marsha Hutson of Pettyville WV, Beth Hudkins of Parkersburg; two sons, Roger Simpkins of Charleston and Steve Simpkins, at home; one brother, E. B. Hutson, Jr. of Washington WV; one sister, Patricia Sue Aulson of Chalmsford, Mass.; three grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Verna Mae Ruble Hutson, in 1972 and one sister, Betty Lou Hancock.  Services will be 10 am Thursday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg WV, with the Rev. Elizabeth A. Walker and Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 on Wednesday.  Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Parkersburg.</p>
