  <p>Information:   H. Rex Hutchison, 88, Ripley, died Tuesday at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.      He was born Sept. 19, 1895, at Given, the son of the late Frank Ball Hutchison and the late Elta Bowles Hutchison.      He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Georgianna (Woodward) Hutchison.      A retired farmer, he was a former member of the Jackson County Board of Education and a former school-teacher.  He attended Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and was a U. S. Army veteran of World War I.      Survivors include one son, Harold R. Hutchison of Ripley; one sister, Mrs. Hazel McKown of Ripley; one granddaughter, Alicia (Hutchinson) Batton of Ripley.      Funeral services will be Thursday, 10 a. m. at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Ronald Brooks officiating.  Burial will be in Pleasant HIll Cemetery. </p>
